Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees experiencing hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

• Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, ticketing system, and in person.

• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other office technology.

  
  
• 
  

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.

  
  
• 
  

• Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access management through Active Directory.

  
  
• 
  

• Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within the help desk ticketing system.

  
  
• 
  

• Escalate more complex technical issues to senior IT team members as needed.

  
  
• 
  

• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment setup and account access.

  
  
• 
  

• Support workstation deployments, hardware upgrades, and software installations.

  
  
• 
  

• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues.

• Maintain IT equipment inventory and assist with technology-related projects.

  
  
• 
  

• Provide professional, customer-focused support to employees at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• 
  

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

  
  
• 
  

• 1–3 years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or related technical experience preferred.

  
  
• 
  

• Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.

  
  
• 
  

• Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.

  
  
• 
  

• Exposure to Active Directory, ticketing systems, or remote support tools is a plus.

  
  
• 
  

• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus but not required.

  
  
• 
  

• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work effectively in a team environment.
