Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an IT Support Specialist Tier II for a Contract to Hire with a client in Lenexa, KS. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Intune, Active Directory, Office 365, and ConnectWise within a Managed Services environment to be considered.

Rate Range: $38/Hour to $40/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

IT Support Specialist Tier II Responsibilities include:

• Provide onsite and remote technical support, resolving 5-10 daily tickets while delivering excellent customer service.

• Manage and support Windows and Mac workstations, including hardware, software, and peripheral device setup and troubleshooting.

• Administer and maintain Office 365, Intune, Active Directory, Azure, and client network environments.

• Monitor system performance, apply patches, manage configurations, and respond to security and system alerts.

• Utilize ConnectWise and MSP tools to support end-user devices, document technical activities, and maintain accurate service records.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize IT infrastructure, ensure network reliability, and implement technology best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.

• 4+ years of experience in IT support, desktop administration, or Managed Services (MSP) environments.

• Hands-on experience with Intune, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, hardware support, and workstation management.

• Experience using ConnectWise or similar ticketing/service management tools, with strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.

Pay Details: $38.00 to $40.00 per hour
