IT Support Technician

• Job Type: Contract-to-hire
• Location: Agoura Hills, CA (Hybrid)
• Compensation: This job is expected to be paid about $27-$29/Hr

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users through a queued ticketing system, both hands-on and remotely.
• Create and manage user accounts, mailboxes, password resets, group memberships in Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Imagine, configure, and deploy new workstations and laptops, and install and upgrade software, peripherals, printers, and point-of-sale terminals.
• Perform preventative maintenance and coordinate warranty repairs with approved vendors and partners.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in the knowledge base to help the team resolve future issues faster.

What Gets You the Job: 

• 2+ years of IT help desk or service desk experience in a high-volume, queued ticketing environment, with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, group policy, and Entra ID, including account creation and password resets, plus Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office support.
• Working knowledge of basic networking, desktops, laptops, printers, wireless access points, and point-of-sale terminals, with retail or restaurant IT experience a plus.
• A positive, high-energy, customer-service mindset with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users and work well on a close-knit team.
