    Job Description

    Continental Aerospace Technologies is seeking an IT Support Technician I to provide frontline technical support to employees across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Information Technology while gaining hands-on experience with desktops, printers, business applications, and end-user support.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Reset passwords and assist with account access issues.
    • Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral hardware problems.
    • Configure, deploy, and replace PCs and laptops.
    • Provide first-level support for Microsoft 365 and business applications.
    • Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.
    • Install software and perform routine system updates.
    • Document issues, resolutions, and asset information.
    • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
    • 0 to 2 years of IT support experience.
    • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and computer hardware.
    • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 pounds.
    PREFERRED
    • CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain.
    • Experience supporting printers, Windows PCs, and Active Directory user accounts.
