About the IT Support Technician Internship:

• Enrollment in a two-year or four-year degree program in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.

• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.                          

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

• Ability to succeed in a team environment.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

What you'll focus on:

• End-user IT support: software installation, hardware set-up and delivery within our ticketing system.

• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects.

• Document and improve processes.

The entry hourly rate for this position is $24.25 per hour. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on year of study in school.Internship positions are not benefits-eligible.
