We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to employees and help maintain the organization's computer systems, hardware, software, and network connectivity. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to resolve technical issues efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:

**

• Provide first-level technical support to employees experiencing computer, software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Assist users with password resets, account access, and basic system configuration.
• Diagnose and resolve common Windows operating system and application issues.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and basic wired network problems.
• Set up workstations and prepare equipment for new employees.
• Assist with software installations, system updates, and routine maintenance.
• Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT personnel or external service providers.
• Support email applications, office productivity tools, and business software.
• Assist with inventory tracking and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Help maintain data security, user access controls, and compliance with company IT policies.
• Provide clear instructions and technical guidance to employees.
• Assist with IT projects, equipment upgrades, and system improvements as needed.

**Qualifications:

**

• Previous experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or a related technical role preferred.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts, including IP addresses, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot common technical problems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
