The individual will ensure that systems hardware, operating systems, software, and related procedures adhere to organizational values. Strong and Hanni with its 100 attorneys is proud of its service to its clients and its reputation in the legal community.Duties and Responsibilities:Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on PCs, mobile devices, and network appliances like routers and switchesManage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructureInstall, configure, test, and maintain Windows and Apple operating systems, application software, and system management toolsProactively work to ensure the highest levels of system and infrastructure availabilityStrong work ethic with polished verbal and written communication skills, and solid interpersonal and professional demeanor is imperativeMonitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixesMaintain security, backup, and redundancy strategiesProvide Help Desk support in person, email, telephone, or remotely and escalate when necessaryWork with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolutionProficiency in:Microsoft Services; Azure/Entra ID/Domain Services/DNS/DHCP/Passkey/Zero Trust AuthenticationMicrosoft Desktop, Office 365, Application deployment with MDM/IntuneArtificial Intelligence coding and promptingAndroid and Apple mobile devicesPreferred Experience:Previous experience as a Systems AdministratorDocument management systemsZoom communicationsSophos Firewall, desktop anti-virusHP/Aruba; networking hardwarePowershellBenefits: Paid holidays Generous 401(k) retirementPaid vacation and sick time offHealth - Select Health planPaid dental Paid life insurancePaid covered parking or UTA pass
