Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing project initiatives across multiple IT and business organizations.
- Prior experience managing and developing people to their full potential through coaching, mentoring, and servant leadership is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for both a technical and non-technical audience.
- Ability to think creatively and recognize and encourage creativity in others.
- Opinionated but you appreciate an environment where feedback is freely given, and your ideas are challenged.
- Comfortable mentoring a cross functional team.
- In depth understanding and passion for excellence in the WWT Core Values.
- Possess a solid understanding of Agile principles.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Passionate about software development and delivering large and/or complex solutions in an iterative process.
- Strong understanding of AI Native Engineering and experience with delivering software using tools like Windsurf, GitHub Copilot Claude Code, or others.
- Hae experience with AI platforms like Microsoft Copilot, Glean, Claude, or ChatGPT.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or Management Information Systems; A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $114,000.00 to $171,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
