Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7-10 software developersManage multiple concurrent application development projects from initiation through deploymentPrioritize project portfolio and allocate resources effectivelyPartner with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutionsContribute to IT strategy and continuous improvement efforts

What You Bring

10+ years of software engineering experience5+ years in a management or team leadership roleProven experience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong project management and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
