You are the first level of escalation for all IT related issues and requests, and you'll flex your strong communication skills to provide an exceptional customer experience for the SPIROL team.We're looking for an individual with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a help desk position, supporting multiple users, which would include deploying new hardware, configuring user access, managing printers/print servers, working with LAN and WAN, and cyber security programs.
