Job Description
Monitor and maintain the company's network, servers, and endpoints. • Troubleshoot system hardware, software, operating and system management systems. • Ensure system security through the application of preventative measures. • Create and manage backup and recovery policies. • Monitor and enhance IT Infrastructure and network performance. • Plan and execute the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks, and operating and system management systems. • Prepare users by designing and conducting training programs.
