Each day, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring that hardware, software, and network systems operate efficiently. You will regularly partner with store and location managers to assess and fulfill current and future IT needs. Your responsibilities will include resolving network switch and connectivity issues, installing and maintaining open lot Wi-Fi networks, pulling and installing CAT 6 cabling, and working with POE security cameras and server installations. You will collaborate with infrastructure, database, and development teams and communicate project plans, progress, and challenges in a timely and professional manner. In addition, you will contribute to ongoing process improvements and take on special projects or additional duties as assigned.Here's what you need to become our IT Technician:Experience installing and maintaining open lot Wi-Fi networksExperience with IP-networked security cameras and pulling and installing CAT 6 cablingExperience with the installation of POE security cameras with server integrationStrong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skillsAbility and desire to provide excellent customer service to internal customersWorking knowledge of operating systems and applicationsAbility to work independently, on-site, and in a dynamic environmentAutomotive software experience is a plus.
