7+ years of experience leading technology delivery, Agile transformation, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or similar crossfunctional delivery roles.
Strong handson Python development experience, with demonstrated ability to design, build, deploy, orchestrate, monitor, and manage productionready AI agents and agentbased workflows. Experience applying GenAI, AI agents, and automation across the software development lifecycle.
Strong experience facilitating planning, dependency and risk

Nice to have skills

Experience leading AIDLC, AIenabled engineering, or agentic transformation initiatives. Experience as a Scrum Master andor Release Train Engineer (RTE) supporting complex technology programs.
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks, APIs, MCPbased integrations, prompt engineering, AIassisted development platforms, CICD, and cloud deployment. Experience with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Codex, Claude, or similar GenAI platforms
