IVR Test Lead
Detailed job description - Skill Set:
An IVR Test Lead responsible for leading end-to-end testing of IVR and Conversational AI solutions built on Google Dialogflow CX, Google GECX. The role includes test strategy, automation, defect management, stakeholder coordination, and leading testing teams to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
Mandatory Skills
5+ years of software testing experience with 3+ years in IVR/Contact Center testing roles.
Strong experience in IVR functional, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
Hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX, Google GECX, or similar platforms.
Expertise in Cyara Velocity, Botium, or other IVR automation tools.
Knowledge of telephony concepts including SIP, ANI, DNIS, CTI, routing, and call transfers.
Experience with API testing, data stubbing, test data management, and backend validations.
Strong experience in test planning, estimation, defect management, and stakeholder communications.
Experience leading testing teams in Agile delivery environments.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience testing Conversational AI, Voice Bots, and Chatbots.
Experience in Telecom or Contact Center domains.
Experience managing onsite/offshore teams.
