Description:
A major financial services company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to bring products to life, designing solutions that delight and satisfy clients while meeting business needs. In this role, you will support product design efforts from discovery to final delivery, design interactions across desktop, mobile web, and native mobile experiences, and create solutions together with a cross-functional Agile team. You will independently drive design exploration and decision-making, define problems and propose solutions, own delivery of assigned work, and maintain high design standards aligned to channel guidelines and the design system. You will build strong partnerships with peers and cross-functional partners, mentor less experienced designers, and demonstrate a challenger mindset by constructively questioning assumptions and exploring better ways forward.

Requirements for the role:
6 10 years of UX design experience focused on digital products or equivalent
1+ year of UX experience for touch-based mobile interfaces
An online portfolio showcasing design thinking leading to innovative solutions
Experience with most aspects of a user-centered design process, including user research, developing user flows, creating wireframes, and building interactive prototypes for testing
Proficient in design tools like Figma
Ability to independently drive design exploration and decision-making, defining problems and proposing solutions
Strong self-management skills and comfort owning work independently
Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to diverse audiences
Strong leadership behaviors with ability to set a clear, accountable example through craft, communication, and follow-through
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred)
6 10 years of relevant UX design experience
Or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Experience using AI-powered tools or workflows to support design, research, or problem solving
Interest in applying emerging technologies thoughtfully in client experiences
Some technical knowledge or experience collaborating closely with engineers
