Position Summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking an experienced ITS Application Analyst III specializing in ERP Security to support and enhance our enterprise applications ecosystem. This senior-level analyst plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining security controls across our core ERP systems, including PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleSoft FSCM, Tecsys, and other key business platforms. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert for ERP security, contributing to complex cross-functional projects, analyzing business needs, and ensuring strong security practices that support organizational operations.

Position Responsibilities

• Administer user access across ERP applications, including creating, modifying, terminating, and auditing access.
• Serve as the ERP Security representative for new functionality and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with project teams to define and support integrated workflows.
• Design and maintain security architecture for key ERP applications.
• Utilize tools such as Excel-to-CI and Data Mover scripts for user provisioning.
• Create, update new roles, permission lists in various PeopleSoft environments.
• Create, update new queries in various PeopleSoft environments.
• Support audits, upgrades, and change control processes.
• Recommend new tools and process improvements.
• Mentor team members and contribute to documentation.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 10+ years of relevant IT experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• 5+ years working with PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM in a security administration or development capacity.
• 3+ years specifically in PeopleSoft Security Administration.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills for articulating issues and recommendations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM security concepts.
• Strong technical skills: SQL, Data Mover scripts, Excel-to-CI, and, advanced Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform detailed analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and training skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
