Job Responsibilities: 

• Set up, calibrate, and operate immersion ultrasonic testing (UT) equipment
• Perform inspections on aerospace components in accordance with specifications and procedures
• Interpret ultrasonic data to identify defects and determine part acceptability
• Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards (NAS 410 or equivalent) and customer requirements
• Communicate findings and non-conformances with internal teams
• Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, safe work environment

Requirements: 

• Current or recent Level II Ultrasonic Testing (UT) certification
• Hands-on experience with immersion UT systems preferred
• Strong understanding of ultrasonic testing principles, including sound wave behavior and transducer use
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or highly regulated environments is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
