Adecco is partnering with a leading textile manufacturer to hire Jacquard Weavers for a temp-to-hire opportunity. What You'll Do:

✅ Operate Jacquard weaving machines to produce high-quality textile products
✅ Inspect materials throughout the shift and identify defects or quality concerns
✅ Monitor yarn flow and machine performance to ensure production standards are met
✅ Record production output, downtime, and quality information accurately
✅ Assist with machine setup, creeling, doffing, and style changes as needed
✅ Maintain continuous production flow by supporting team operations
✅ Perform housekeeping, machine cleaning, and end-of-shift procedures
✅ Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
✅ Report production, quality, or safety issues promptly

What We're Looking For:

✔ Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
✔ Textile or Jacquard weaving experience is a plus
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality focus
✔ Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine setup procedures
✔ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
✔ Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing setting

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
