Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike. We’re also looking in Cliffton Park, Colonie, Schenectady, and Albany areas
Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and appliances.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as required.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
