Janitor

This is a Full-Time/Monday - Friday, with a work schedule of 11:00PM to 7:30AM.

A Janitor is responsible for performing custodial services in order to ensure that buildings and facilities are maintained in a safe and sanitary manner. Will perform a full range of custodial duties related to the care, maintenance and cleaning of all assigned buildings and facilities within the government contract to include both routine maintenance as well as non-routine assignments.

Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and polishing floors
• Cleaning carpets and upholstery
• Removing chips, trash, and other refuse;
• Dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings;
• Provide supplies and minor maintenance services; and cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms.

Payrate: $17.75
