Position Overview

Dependable Janitor/Commercial Cleaner to maintain assigned facilities to ECI's quality standards. This is a hands-on field role requiring consistency, attention to detail, and professional conduct on client sites.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting wage: $16.00/Hr

• Performance review every 6 months — $0.50/Hr increase per review, up to $18.00/Hr

         -Wage increase negotiation based on performance

• Performance-based bonuses

• 6 days PTO per 12-month period (After 90 days in the company)

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned commercial properties according to scope of work

• Perform tasks including restroom cleaning, office cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, and trash removal

• Complete daily task checklists and report to Swept

• Follow all ECI safety and conduct standards on client sites

• Communicate professionally with supervisors via company tools (Swept)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial or professional janitorial work

• Driver’s License and reliable transportation to work

• Strong attention to detail and consistent work quality

• Ability to work independently and follow a schedule

• Delta Dental of Idaho, United Heritage Vision, NICE Healthcare
