Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaner/Janitor to join our Maintenance team on 1st shift.
This role is essential in keeping our facility clean, safe, and presentable for all employees and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members across all levels of the organization. Prior cleaning experience in office, residential, or industrial settings is strongly preferred.
Shifts: 5:00AM to 3:30PM - Monday - Thursday w/over-time on Friday. 1/2 day.
Pay: $20 - $23

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain a safe and hygienic facility
- Perform general janitorial tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and wiping down surfaces
- Remove trash and debris from designated areas regularly
- Restock cleaning and sanitation supplies as needed
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure cleaning needs are met
Qualifications:
- 1 3 years of professional cleaning experience preferred (offices, homes, or facilities)
- Willingness to learn training provided
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience as a custodian, janitor, cleaner, or floor tech considered an asset
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment experience with a Zamboni or floor scrubber preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills must be able to interact professionally with staff at all levels
