Job Description: Join the dedicated team at Flecha by Mark Wahlberg, where traditional Mexican cuisine meets modern innovation. As a Janitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our restaurant, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in dining, kitchen, and restroom areas.
- Ensure all restrooms are clean, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and tools to maintain hygiene standards.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from all areas of the restaurant.
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, doors, and other glass surfaces.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the management team promptly.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a janitorial or cleaning role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving items.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
