POSITION SUMMARY The Janitorial and Maintenance Support is responsible for assisting with janitorial maintenance production. This role supports the achievement of the site’s business goals by executing safety, predictive, and productive janitorial and maintenance systems and processes to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
Essential Functions ? Janitorial Facilities Maintenance: Perform janitorial duties, keeping operations facility clean, setting up meeting areas for large groups, deliveries of needed supplies to all employees as needed (ex: paper, water, office supplies), emptying trash and recycling bins.? Safety Gemba Walks: ensure all employees adhere to schedule daily Gemba walks.? Tooling: Assist with keeping tolling area neat, clean and organized. ? Safety & Compliance: Strictly comply with all health and safety regulations, identify and report faulty operations or unusual situations, and maintain clean, orderly work areas.? Other Duties: as assigned by management or Maintenance Technician.

Skills & Abilities Education: Experience: Computer Skills: High School Diploma or GED required 4+ years of industrial manufacturing experience. Basic computer proficiency Certifications & Licenses: None required.
