Compensation: $20/hour/ Candidates with salary expectations above this range will not be considered.
Work Hours: 2–3 days per week, approximately 3-4 hours per day
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Job Summary
A Japanese logistics company is seeking a Japanese English Bilingual Logistics Operations Support staff member to assist with daily operational tasks. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with both Japanese and English in a business environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for logistics operations
Enter data into the company's operation management system
Perform data entry and basic spreadsheet tasks using Excel
Handle filing and other routine clerical duties
Support the operations team with additional tasks as needed


Qualifications
Required
Japanese language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
English proficiency for daily communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, formatting)
Ability to work onsite in Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Reliable and able to work 2–3 days per week for approximately 3 hours per day
Must have valid authorization to work in the United States
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask


Preferred:
Experience in logistics, shipping, or operations support
Prior administrative or clerical experience
Familiarity with logistics management systems
