Role : Java Backend DeveloperLocation : Whitehouse Station, NJ (Hybrid)
Rate: $55/hr to $60/hrKey Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain complex Java applications and microservices.
- Implement new features and enhancements, ensuring scalability and security.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve advanced software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and integration with external services.
- Work with both relational (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
- Utilize containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) for deployment.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:- 8-12 years of hands-on Java development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Apache Camel
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with any of the cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Exposure to messaging systems like Kafka, IBM MQ.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
