Job Title: Java Backend Developer

Required Skills:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based backend applications and services.
- Drive technical architecture, code reviews, and development best practices.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Manage sprint planning, effort estimation, risk mitigation, and delivery tracking.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Support production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
