Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native application development. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications and services.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Integrate applications with databases, third-party APIs, and cloud services.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure software quality through unit and integration testing.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
  • Contribute to application architecture and technical design discussions.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Support CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Java 8/11/17.
  • Hands-on expertise with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
  • Experience developing REST APIs and Microservices.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
  • Experience with Hibernate/JPA.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
  • Experience with Maven or Gradle.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with messaging technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in enterprise application development using Java technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building high-volume, distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of security best practices, OAuth2, JWT, and API security.
  • Experience working in cloud-native and microservices environments.
