Java Developer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team. You will build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs, and work closely with the product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and maintain Java applications and RESTful APIs.

- Build and improve microservices that are scalable, secure and easy to maintain.

- Write clean, well-tested code and take part in code reviews.

- Work with product managers, QA and other developers to understand requirements and deliver features on time.

- Find and fix performance issues and production bugs.

Expected Outcomes:

- Deliver stable, efficient services that meet project timelines and quality standards.

- Improve the performance and reliability of existing systems.

- Contribute ideas that improve development practices across the team.

Qualifications (Skills/Competencies):

- Strong knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming.

- Experience with Spring Boot and building REST APIs.

- Good understanding of SQL databases and microservice architecture.

- Familiarity with Git and agile development practices.

- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
