Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java API Developer with 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade RESTful APIs and microservices. Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain RESTful APIs and Java-based microservices using modern frameworks.
Build scalable and high-performance backend applications by following secure coding standards and API best practices.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Integrate applications with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, and messaging technologies.
Participate in system design, code reviews, performance tuning, and production support activities.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure application reliability through automated testing and monitoring.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
Follow Agile and Scrum methodologies while contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
Ensure compliance with banking security, governance, and regulatory standards.
Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices across the team.
