Frontend : Angular / TypeScript / JavaScript
Database : Oracle / SQL Server / MongoDB
DevOps/Cloud : Git , Jenkins , Docker , Kubernetes , AWS / Azure / GCP
8+ years of software development experience.
2+ years in a Technical Lead role.
Experience leading distributed teams and enterprise-scale projects.
BFSI domain experience is highly desirable for banking and financial services engagements.

Roles & Responsibilities
" Lead end-to-end application design and development using Java Full Stack technologies.
" Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
" Review application design, source code, and deployment strategies.
" Drive technical decisions ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
" Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Full Stack Development
" Develop backend services using:
o Java 11+/17
o Spring Boot
o Microservices
o REST APIs
o Kafka/Messaging systems
" Develop frontend applications using:
o Angular / React
o JavaScript / TypeScript
o HTML5, CSS3
" Design and optimize database solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.
Architecture & Solution Design
" Design scalable cloud-native and microservices-based solutions.
" Define API standards, integration patterns, and security frameworks.
" Participate in technical estimations and solution proposals.
" Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) for new technologies.
Project & Delivery Management
" Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
" Break down requirements into technical user stories and tasks.
" Track sprint progress and resolve technical blockers.
" Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Quality & Governance
" Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
" Drive unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
