We are seeking a hands-on Java Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will lead technical development, guide engineering teams, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
=9 Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Java applications.
Develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to developers.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and adherence to development standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical planning, and architectural discussions.
=9 Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Java application development.
Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
Expertise in microservices architecture and REST APIs.
Experience with Hibernate/JPA and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD.
Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
=9 Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and application security.
Experience in financial services, banking, lending, or transaction-intensive applications.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and production support.
