- Proven experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise application integrations.
- Experience with at least one HR, HRIS, or Workforce Management application, such as:
- Workday
- Kronos / UKG
- Oracle HCM
- SAP SuccessFactors
- ADP
- PeopleSoft
- Strong SQL and database development/querying experience.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting, monitoring, and supporting production integrations.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HR application integrations and data interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Python scripting and application development.
- Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, including:
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- RaaS (Report-as-a-Service)
- Workday REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with Kronos / UKG integrations.
- Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, and XSLT.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control.
- Experience working in enterprise production environments, including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and integration monitoring.
