Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Java Tech Lead / Architect (Microservices & AI) for their Plano, TX/Hybrid location.

- Architect and lead the development of scalable, secure, and resilient Java-based microservices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to engineering teams.
- Drive design reviews, coding standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent features and automation solutions.
- Lead end-to-end solution delivery from design through production support.
- Partner with Product, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Python.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, LLM integrations, or AI-powered applications.
- Experience leading technical teams and defining enterprise architectures.
- Knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, and distributed systems.

- Python and AI/ML Concepts
- Solution Design, Architecture, and Technical Leadership
- Candidates should possess strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership and VP-level stakeholders.
