Overview:

A family in the Hamptons, NY is seeking a private chef to prepare lunch and dinner across a flexible 3 to 5 day per week schedule during the summer. The ideal candidate will be skilled across a variety of cuisines, including Mediterranean, Japanese, and Indian, and comfortable adapting menus to different culinary styles and ingredients. 

 

Schedule is 3 to 5 days per week, covering lunch and dinner service.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare lunch and dinner daily as scheduled

• Prepare a variety of cuisines including Mediterranean, Japanese, and Indian

• Source and manage ingredients according to menu needs

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Qualifications:

• Strong experience preparing multiple international cuisines

• Skilled in ingredient sourcing and menu planning

• Comfortable working in a private household setting

Requirements:

• Private household experience

• Valid US work authorization

• Strong verifiable references
