Sodexo Campus Segment is seeking an Executive Chef 2 to join our team at SUNY Oneonta in Oneonta, NY.SUNY Oneonta is a nationally recognized public university serving approximately 5,500 undergraduate and graduate students. Sodexo has proudly partnered with Oneonta Auxiliary Services (OAS) since 1999, delivering innovative dining experiences and exceptional hospitality.
This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative culinary leader to oversee food production across a dynamic campus dining program. The Executive Chef 2 will lead culinary operations for two all-you-care-to-eat dining halls, a vibrant retail marketplace, multiple cafés including Starbucks, Dragon Tea, and Seasons Café, a full-service bakery, and a high-volume catering program. The successful candidate will inspire a talented team, drive culinary innovation, maintain exceptional food quality and safety standards, and create an outstanding dining experience for students, faculty, and guests.

Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
