Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyaltyPresents a consistent and professional image of the location and crew by maintaining all sanitation and appearance standards. Communicates and stays updated on all marketing and promotional materials. Executes marketing, sales programs, and following appropriate guidelines. Builds location sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and initiating local store marketing campaigns. Interacts with Crew Members and customers with a positive and engaging attitude.Prepares ingredients for our food.Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the location. Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the location.  Qualifications:Education: High school degree or equivalentExperience: 2+ years QSR experience preferredExperience in hiring, training, and developing team members. Must have reliable transportationExcellent menu and product knowledgeExperience in growing sales and providing excellent customer serviceDemonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front and back of house. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Desire to improve self and skill sets Physical Requirements:Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice, or trash removal.Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shiftParticipate in all Jersey Mike's training programs Schedule:Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer.Ability to work full-time up to a 50-hour work week with open availability.
