Core ResponsibilitiesPractice and Game Support: Help plan and run daily drills, warm-ups, and game strategies under the head coach's direction.Player Development: Teach fundamental rules, hitting, fielding, and pitching techniques tailored to middle school players.Supervision and Safety: Monitor players during practices, games, locker-room time, and team travel to ensure a safe environment.Equipment Management: Assist with organizing, issuing, collecting, and storing team gear, uniforms, and practice equipment.Behavior and Eligibility: Enforce school rules, academic standards, and positive sportsmanship among team members.
