    Description

    JIRA Marketing Administrator needs 3+ years of experience in Jira administration, including project setup and management.

    JIRA Marketing Administrator requires:

    • NY/NJ Hybrid
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Proficient in Jira Query Language (JQL) and other Jira tools and integrations.
    • Experience with scripting and automation (like Groovy) is a plus.

    JIRA Marketing Administrator duties:

    • Responsible for the on-boarding, configuration, maintenance and enhancements of our Jira platform to support digital marketing workstreams.
    • Onboard the JIRA tool into our digital marketing workflow.
    • Administer and maintain Jira projects, workflows, and configurations.
    • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group memberships in Jira.
    • Customize Jira dashboards and filters to improve project visibility and reporting.
    • Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to Jira applications and integrate with other tools.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for Jira instance modifications.
    • Conduct training sessions for end-users to optimize their use of Jira.
    • Stay updated with the latest Jira features and best practices to enhance team productivity.
    • Monitor performance and optimize system processes, including evaluating plugins and third-party tools.
