JNL - Senior Pre-Construction Manager

Our client, a well-established general contractor in Chicago, is looking for a Senior Pre-Construction Manager who loves winning work, not just pricing it.

This is a senior, strategic role. You'll lead pursuit and win planning, shape go/no-go decisions, build relationships with owners and design teams, and put together the strategy that wins projects. Industrial experience is a big plus, along with work in other commercial markets. No direct reports, so you can focus on pursuits.

What you bring:

- Senior pre-construction experience with a general contractor

- Industrial project background plus other markets

- A strategic, out-in-front approach to pursuits and client relationships

- Strong estimating and budgeting foundation

Pay: $170,000 - $190,000 base, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO).
