SERVPRO is looking for a Job File Coordinator to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping restoration projects organized, customers informed, and work moving efficiently from start to finish.
If you enjoy solving problems, communicating with people, and making sure the details don't fall through the cracks, this could be a great opportunity for you.
What You'll Do
- Keep projects organized: Monitor active jobs, track progress, and ensure project files are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with the team: Work closely with field crews, managers, and office personnel to keep projects moving forward.
- Communicate with customers: Provide updates, coordinate information, and maintain professional communication with customers and insurance representatives.
- Review documentation: Check project photos, forms, estimates, and other records for accuracy and completeness.
- Support scheduling: Help coordinate daily work orders, project priorities, and upcoming service appointments.
- Support billing: Help prepare completed projects for invoicing by ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
- Solve problems: Identify missing information, follow up with the right people, and help prevent unnecessary delays.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Confidence using computers, software, and digital tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to follow through.
- Previous office administration, project coordination, or customer service experience.
- Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or claims administration is a plus, but not required.
