Spencer's is a luxury boutique spa with locations in Soho, Williamsburg, and West Hollywood. We're less a traditional spa and more a space for design, comfort, and effortless aesthetic: a place for guests to slow down, feel taken care of, and enjoy every detail. Our spaces feel more like a five-star hotel than a typical spa, with brand-new, state-of-the-art equipment.

As one of the highest-volume spas in NYC, with a 50–60% guest return rate and a growing membership base, we're always looking for talented people to grow with us.

What we offer 

$40 - $60 per treatment hour (based on experience and shift commitment) + 20% automatic

Gratuity for therapists

$25-28 for Spa Hosts

Complimentary 60-minute signature spa treatment per month
