Join Our Team: Search Executive

Mahler Private Staffing is the nation’s premier firm for staffing the private homes and family offices of America’s leading families since 1989. We are expanding our Palm Beach team and are looking for an exceptional Search Executive to join us.

This is a highly relationship-driven role, with approximately 60% of your time focused on recruiting and 40% dedicated to meeting with clients. You will work collaboratively as part of a team. On some searches, you will serve as the primary client contact, while on others, you will focus only on recruiting and developing candidates.

This is an in-office position based in Palm Beach.

The ideal candidate could have experience in recruiting, human resources, executive search, client management, sales management, luxury retail, or selling a service. We are looking for someone with a high emotional intelligence (EQ) who is proactive, polished, discreet, highly organized, and self-motivated. Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Most importantly, you should genuinely enjoy working with people.

The position also includes travel, with trips to locations such as Miami, Naples, New York City, and Washington, DC. We anticipate approximately three to four days of travel per month.

We are looking to hire for this position in September/October

General work schedule is Monday through Friday, standard business hours.

Compensation:

We offer a $100,000 base salary plus incentive compensation, with an expected total annual earning potential of approximately $200,000–$250,000 to start.Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
