Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to identify vacation preferences and planning needs
- Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages
- Explore transportation, sightseeing tours, excursions, and recreational activities
- Compare supplier offerings and identify suitable travel solutions
- Provide information about available amenities, pricing, and package details
- Help clients evaluate options and select preferred vacation arrangements
- Coordinate requested reservations through authorized booking systems
- Review traveler information, confirmations, and reservation requirements
- Maintain accurate client files and organized itinerary documentation
- Track payment schedules, booking deadlines, and outstanding details
- Respond to routine questions and communicate important travel updates
- Provide follow-up assistance with reservation changes and trip preparations
