Location: St. Louis, MO area (Local 1 territory).

Pay: $51.79/hr wages, plus about $36.44/hr in benefits — $88.23/hr total wages-and-benefits value. Current period: May 31, 2026 – May 29, 2027.

Employer: Employment is with a NECA member contractor. NECA Recruiting does not hire directly and does not run the hall.

Role: Journeyman Wireman / Journeyman Technician.

Pay

Requirements

Journeyman-level electrical experience. Non-union electricians are welcome to apply.

Share any licenses, certifications, and work history with your application.

Willing to go through the contractor interview and the union hall referral and membership process.

Hall referral group (Groups I–IV) is based on years in the trade, exam or certification or hours, residency, and recent local work. The hall makes the final placement.
