Journeyman Electrician

We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to perform electrical installation on commercial and industrial solar projects in the Phoenix, AZ market. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial electrical systems, a solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), and hands-on experience installing conduit, pulling wire, making terminations, and setting equipment on active job sites. Solar installation experience is highly preferred.

You will work under the direction of an Electrical Foreman, leading assigned work tasks, directing apprentices on your scopes, and delivering code-compliant, high-quality work safely and on schedule. Pay is $36.00 – $38.00 per hour, depending on experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Install, terminate, and test electrical systems — power, conduit, terminations, and equipment — per plans and NEC.
• Lead work tasks and direct apprentices on assigned scopes.
• Read and work from plans, one-line diagrams, and specifications.
• Maintain a safe work area and follow all company safety procedures.
• Document work completed and support inspections.

Requirements

• Active Journeyman Electrician license (Arizona preferred).
• Commercial or industrial electrical experience; solar installation experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read plans, one-line diagrams, and specifications.
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical safety practices.
• Comfortable working on active construction sites, with strong attention to safety and detail.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
