Independence Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling is a small family run business locally owned in Independence, IA. The company started in 1987 and has been providing quality HVAC/Plumbing service and work to the community and surrounding areas since it's inception. We provide a fun, hardworking, and family atomsphere. We provide growth within the company by offering training and educational opportunities to all our employees.

We are looking for experienced, hardworking, and dedicated Journeyman HVAC/Plumbers to join our family company. We are currently seeking full-time technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and repairing furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, heat pumps, geothermal heat pumps, and water heaters.
• Installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, plumbing, and low voltage wiring.
• Rotating on call schedule
• Must have a valid driver license
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to work individually or with a team

• Lead jobs with apprentices
