What you'll do:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, facilities, equipment, and fixtures to ensure safety and functionality.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and appropriate tools.
• Document maintenance activities, repair needs, and capital expense information accurately.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and coordinate with contractors to ensure quality and compliance with regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and support issue resolution during on-call rotations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in proper working order following safety procedures and company standards.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in performing preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems within facility environments.
• Ability to diagnose issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs effectively.
• Skilled in operating hand and power tools, hoists, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance in all maintenance activities.
• Strong documentation skills for maintenance logs, work orders, and repair records.
• Capability to manage work orders, coordinate contractors, and track parts and expenses accurately.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and standards.

The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00 - $63.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...

Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
2 years’ experience in the plumbing trade.
Licensed Journeyman Plumber or equivalent in good standing in the state of work.
License in related trade in city and/or state of work.
