We are seeking to add a few Journeyman Plumbers to join our team! You will conduct plumbing services and oversee project planning including pricing and implementation.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic, service, and installation of plumbing while ensuring that work is performed according to customer standards and relevant codes.
Conduct service calls to diagnose and resolve plumbing concerns.
Identify potential problems to prevent unexpected breakdowns or callbacks.
Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures.
Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems.
Prepare written work cost estimates for clients before work is conducted.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures, per company and clients.
Requirements
Proven experience in plumbing, maintenance, or another related field.
Strong familiarity of plumbing codes and safety procedures, preferred.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be detail oriented and organized.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Must have active Journeyman Plumbing license.
