Salary Range: $100-120,000.00

JOB STATUS: Full-Time; salaried

 CLEARANCE: Secret

TRAVEL: Limited, as needed

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Journeyman Project Schedule Engineer for the EPASS Cyber and Networks Directorate (EPASS HN II) contract, supporting HNIT EITaaS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field  

• Years of Experience: At least three years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD. Four additional years of directly related experience with proper certifications may substitute for Bachelor’s degree. 

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Advanced understanding of scheduling tools, to include Microsoft Project 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, build, coordinate, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) at the portfolio, program, or project level.  

• Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the program office 

• Provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams, etc.) 

• Ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success 

• Support requirements development, plan preparation, and assess ability to achieve results 

• Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and management.
